Shipping and Returns

In-Stock Product:

I will ship your order within 2-3 business days of receiving full payment via PayPal. If you are paying by check, your order will be shipped once your check has cleared.

Custom Orders:

Your order may be completed and shipped in approximately 2 weeks depending on supplies on hand. I will email you with the details of your custom order. If you are paying by check, the process will be longer. I will not start your custom order until your check has cleared.

Shipping:

Orders under $30 are shipped by USPS First Class (3-7 days delivery). Orders over $30 are shipped by USPS Priority (2-3 days delivery).

Returns:

Of course I hope you'll love your earrings, but I know it's difficult to tell exactly what the earrings are like when you can't actually touch them before ordering. If you don't like the earrings, you may return them within 7 days of receipt, for an exchange or full refund, as long as you return them in their original, undamaged condition. You will need to make sure they arrive safely back to me in order to receive your refund, so please package them securely, insure the package if you wish. If it is NOT returned in undamaged condition, I cannot guarantee a refund. In any case, please email me ahead of time to confirm the arrangements.

Repairs:

If you accidentally damage or break your earrings, I will repair them for you if you return them with all the beads and components for a small fee. Contact me to make arrangements. You will
be responsible for postage in both directions.
